Lindsay Kwoka Faccenda is an associate in the Wilmington office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where her practice focuses on corporate governance litigation and the navigation of corporate fiduciary duties. Lindsay represents companies and their directors and officers in stockholder class actions, derivative suits, and complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and in other courts throughout the country.
She also has experience in advising companies faced with books and records demands, conducting investigations on behalf of special board committees, and representing companies and their boards of directors in mergers and acquisitions litigation and “busted deal” litigation.
Lindsay also represents clients seeking Protection from Abuse Orders for Delaware Volunteer Legal Services.
Prior to joining the firm, Lindsay practiced in the corporate and business litigation group of Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP in Wilmington, Delaware.
