Lindsay M. Alter’s practice includes complex litigation matters at both the federal and state levels. She represents clients in a wide variety of matters, including issues related to corporate compliance and regulatory enforcement actions. Lindsay’s appellate experience includes briefing appeals in both Florida and California, including the California Supreme Court.
During law school, Lindsay was articles editor for the Race & Social Justice Law Review. She was named Equal Justice Works Summer Corps Fellow and University of Miami School of Law HOPE Fellow.
In addition to being on the Dean’s List, Lindsay was a Dean’s Merit Scholar and Dean’s Outstanding Public Interest Scholar. She received the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement in Legal Research & Writing II, as well as Legal Research & Writing I and Appellate Advocacy Book Awards.
