Lindsay J. Vernick is an associate in Reed Smith’s Labor & Employment Group. Her practice spans a wide array of employment litigation matters. Lindsay defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and violations of wage and hour laws. She also defends union employers against claims of unfair labor practices and violations of collective bargaining agreements.
Lindsay has counseled employers in the union and non-union setting in a variety of matters. This work includes advising employers on a variety of policies including wage and hour, leave, benefits, and joint employer issues; as well as drafting collective bargaining agreements and separation agreements.
