Mrs. Lindy Hamilton is a personal injury attorney in Ogden, UT, at the office of Gridley, Ward and Hamilton. She was born in Walnut Creek, California. She graduated from Bonneville High School in 1989.
She lived in various places and attended a few colleges before returning to Utah and graduating from Weber State University. Mrs. Hamilton received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, with a double minor in English and Spanish.
Mrs. Hamilton then attended the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law, having been awarded the Abriella Hinckley Scholarship for her involvement in politics. She graduated with her Juris Doctorate degree in 1998.
During law school, Mrs. Hamilton was employed by Westlaw, a unique opportunity where she gained specialized training in legal research.
Mrs. Hamilton is a member of the Utah State Bar, The American Bar Association and Utah Association for Justice; she is licensed to practice in both State and Federal courts in the state of Utah. Mrs. Hamilton is a shareholder and the Vice-President of Gridley, Ward & Hamilton.
Although Mrs. Hamilton has practiced miscellaneous areas of the law for the experience, or as a rare favor, she has specialized in tort law since graduating from law school. At seventeen, Mrs. Hamilton was injured in an automobile accident, changing her view of insurance claims and vowing to fight the injustice therein; she discovered the reality of being injured in an accident, including many hidden affects and repercussions victims struggle to endure.
Lindy is married to Jason, owner of Dry Fly Concrete and, her high school sweetheart. The Hamiltons’ favorite hobby is fly fishing with their three boys.
