
Lisa Haines is Counsel in the Litigation Department of Seyfarth Shaw. Her practice covers a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, securities litigation and governmental, regulatory, and internal investigations, with a special focus on franchise disputes and white collar defense.
She has represented clients in the automotive, financial services, education, power generation, and other industries in federal and state court, before administrative agencies, and in other dispute resolution proceedings.
In her pro bono work, she has represented domestic violence survivors in federal court proceedings brought under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, as well as in a Department of State adjudicatory proceeding. She also supervised the Bingham McCutchen Domestic Violence Protection Program.
