Lisa Southerland is a member of the Complex Commercial Disputes group and has experience with internal investigations, fact discovery, and pretrial briefing for matters touching a variety industries, including public utilities, professional liability, insurance, and consumer products.
Lisa is also active in Steptoe’s pro bono program. She is currently helping an individual sentenced as a juvenile to life without parole prepare for a parole board hearing as now required by Montgomery v. Louisiana. Prior to law school, Lisa served as a US Peace Corps volunteer in Armenia from 2011-2013.
