Litian Chen

Litian Chen is an associate in the firm’s global energy and transactions practice. Mr. Chen’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.Mr. Chen earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Texas School of Law. During law school, he served as the president of the Asian Law Student Association and on the Texas Law Alumni Affairs Student Steering Committee.

Mr. Chen was the recipient of our Robert Strauss Diversity Scholarship in 2016.Prior to law school, Mr. Chen earned his Master of Education degree from the University of Texas at Austin and worked in international commodity trading industry. Mr. Chen is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
