Logan A. Bolinger represents public and private clients in a variety of corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance, public company reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate matters.
Logan is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group and performs due diligence, assists in drafting and reviewing transactional documents, and coordinates deal closing logistics. While in law school, Logan was a student attorney at Washington University’s Entrepreneurship and Intellectual Property Clinic.
Prior to law school, he was a high school teacher at Legal Prep Charter Academy in Chicago, where he taught criminal law and constitutional law. He was also the head coach of the boys basketball team and was selected to attend Street Law’s Supreme Court Summer Institute.
