Logan MacCuish is an associate in the firm’s Environmental practice. He represents clients in a range of environmental counseling and litigation matters, including cases involving oil spills, fuel regulations, vehicle and engine certification, aftermarket parts, and other state and federal environmental regulations. In these matters, Logan has worked with experts in a variety of technical fields, including oil reservoir engineering, geology and emissions analysis.
Logan combines knowledge of environmental law with substantial litigation experience. Logan has been a member of multiple trial teams and has examined witnesses at trial. He also has experience conducting internal investigations concerning environmental and criminal matters.
Logan has represented and successfully litigated and resolved cases with a variety of companies, including oil and gas, automotive, and aftermarket parts companies, in cases involving Federal and state regulatory agencies, including the Environmental Protection Agency, California Air Resources Board, and state attorneys general. He has developed relationships with these regulators to ensure cooperative working relationships that can lead to amicable resolutions of cases.
