
Lori Garber began her legal career in 1988 as a law clerk for The Honorable Sandra Mazer Moss, Judicial Team Leader of the Asbestos Program. Lori has practiced asbestos law ever since and has helped hundreds of victims with mesothelioma, lung cancer, and asbestosis.
Lori is a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and serves on the Temple Law Alumni Association (TLAA) Executive Board.
She is Co-Chair of the TLAA Women’s Leadership Initiative Committee and was Co-Chair of the Women’s Leadership Initiative Event for several years.
Working to expand the Women’s Leadership Initiative’s mission, Lori spearheaded the Rising Star Mentoring Program along with Girls Inc, a national organization. The program is designed to develop middle school girls into leaders of tomorrow.
She also works with the JFCS Domestic Violence Program, Project SARAH (Stop Abusive Relationships at Home), writing articles to further the goals of the program.
Additional community projects include various social services in the South Jersey area such as:
- Camden County High School
- The Neighborhood Center
- The Food Pantry at JFCS
- Board member of Girls Inc of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey
