
Lori Brewer is a partner in the Nashville office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP where she practices in the areas of technology transactions. Ms. Brewer’s principal practice includes the representation of clients ranging from technology startups to Fortune 100 companies in connection with agreements related to cloud computing, privacy and security, joint ventures, strategic alliances, licensing arrangements, comprehensive outsourcing solutions, reseller agreements, and other transactions involving the development, commercialization, and sale of technology.
Additionally, Ms. Brewer has experience in the representation of borrowers and financial institutions in commercial lending, including general secured lending transactions, syndicated bank financings, refinancings, leveraged buy-outs, and other acquisition financings; commodity, energy, and other asset-based lending transactions; and distressed, debtor-in-possession, and exit financings.
