Louis E. Rosen has more than 40 years of experience counseling clients on all aspects of commercial, corporate, and securities law, including representing issuers and underwriters in numerous public offerings. Lou’s clients range from owner-managed businesses to national publicly-held companies in a number of industries, including manufacturing, banking, telecommunications, distribution, construction, and warehousing.
Using his experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity placements, public securities offerings and business law in general, he advises boards of directors of publicly-held companies and business people on governance issues and the day-to-day problems they face.
Lou recently was named a Leading Lawyer. He has served as a director of two banks and a publicly-held company and has written and spoken on a wide range of topics, including sales of closely-held businesses; defensive measures in takeover contests; and developments in SEC proxy rules. Lou is a Certified Public Accountant.
