Lowell A. Segal is a partner in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm’s life sciences practice. He represents pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and other technology-based companies in a wide range of strategic transactions and corporate matters, including collaborations; technology licensing; spin-outs; divestitures; asset purchases; research and development projects; supply, manufacturing, and distribution arrangements; and venture capital financings.
He also represents venture capital firms in their portfolio company investments primarily in the life sciences and information technology sectors. Prior to rejoining the firm in 2016, Lowell was a partner in the life sciences practice at Ropes & Gray.
