Lyle is a magna cum laude graduate of Cumberland School of Law, Samford University where she was also copy editor of the Cumberland Law Review. Prior to law school, Lyle graduated from Furman University and thereafter obtained a paralegal certificate from The National Center for Paralegal Training. Though she loves the Paladins of Furman, having grown up in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Lyle’s true love is University of Michigan football.
Although Lyle began her legal career as a paralegal doing insurance defense work, her pedigree as a plaintiff’s lawyer is unequalled; having received her early training at two of the best known plaintiff’s firms in the country. She has tried cases with and against some of the best lawyers in America and has even appeared on Court TV.
A true student of medicine, Lyle’s caseload includes a large number of medical malpractice actions. She brings a level of compassion to this practice for both the victims who we represent as well as the physicians who caused their injuries.
Despite her empathy for the doctors and nurses whose mistakes caused our clients’ injuries, Lyle knows that our first job is full, fair and complete compensation for our clients.
Lyle has served the legal community as a well-received lecturer and author, editor of the Verdict Magazine, and chairwoman of various committees. A true renaissance woman, Lyle is an avid runner, a soccer mom, and a committed volunteer in her local community.
