M. Madeleine Boshart is a partner in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s employee benefits and compensation practice, where she specializes in all areas of employee benefits and executive compensation, including tax, ERISA, securities, and state law concerns.
She represents a variety of public and private clients, assisting with a wide range of employee benefit and compensation programs that include tax-qualified retirement plans (401(k), profit sharing, pension, and cash-balance plans), equity programs, executive compensation, severance, health, cafeteria, disability, and other welfare-based arrangements.
In addition, Madeleine is actively involved in the firm’s transactional practice, working with employers to manage the transition of employees and their benefits during and after a merger, acquisition, joint venture, or spin-off.
