Madeleine L. Hogue is a Litigation & Dispute Resolution associate in Mayer Brown’s Washington DC office and a member of the firm’s Supreme Court & Appellate practice. She received her JD, magna cum laude, from Duke Law School, where she graduated in the top five percent of her class.
During law school, Madeleine served as Senior Articles Editor of the Duke Law Journal and received the Faculty Award for Constitutional Law and Civil Rights, awarded to graduating students who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in the area of constitutional law. She received her BA, in English, from Oberlin College.
Before joining Mayer Brown in 2016, Madeleine served as law clerk to the Honorable Susan H. Black of the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
