Madelon Lapidus focuses on trademark prosecution and enforcement for companies in a wide variety of industries, including food and beverage, jewelry, apparel, computer technology, medical devices, moving and storage, and transportation services.
Madelon has a background in bioengineering and has a broad understanding of how different types of intellectual property work together to protect and promote client brands.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Madelon worked as an associate in the New York office of Stroock & Stroock & LavanLLP.
