Maggie E. Schroedter specializes in commercial litigation, with special emphasis on business disputes, business reorganization, and other insolvency matters.
Ms. Schroedter represents businesses and individuals as both debtors and creditors under Chapter 7 and Chapter 11, as well as in bankruptcy litigation.
She also has experience handling complex business disputes involving, amongst others, breach of contract, fraud, intentional business torts, real estate, preference and fraudulent transfer matters in bankruptcy, and breach of fiduciary duty claims.
With a background in health care law, Ms. Schroedter also has experience representing clients in medical malpractice and personal injury claims.
As an active member of the community, Ms. Schroedter serves as Newsletter Editor for Lawyers Club of San Diego, a volunteer specialty bar association, and as President of the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum.
Ms. Schroedter graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics and earned Dean’s List Honors at the Warrington College of Business.
She earned her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, where she was a Public Interest Law Journal member.
In her free time, Ms. Schroedter enjoys yoga, running, paddle boarding, and spending time with friends and family.
