Malcolm E. “Dick” Ritsch, Jr. is a partner in the Health Care Section, where his areas of practice include general representation of a variety of business entities as well as corporation, tax and health care law. Mr. Ritsch serves on the Health Care Committee of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Section.
He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and serves on its substantive law committees. A member of the Virginia State Bar, he also belongs to the Richmond and Virginia Bar Associations.
Mr. Ritsch received his Juris Doctor degree in 1966 from the University of Virginia, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif. He is admitted to practice in Virginia (1966) and is an inactive member of the Georgia bar.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree in commerce with a major in accounting in 1963 from the University of Virginia, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and the Raven Society.
