Mallory Richardson is a member of the firm’s Transportation Infrastructure and Local Government Practice Group, where she represents municipalities, private sector companies and non-profits on a variety of legislative and regulatory matters related to energy, environment, natural resources, agriculture and infrastructure policy.
In her role, Mallory monitors legislative and regulatory activities while assessing potential outcomes and strategies for clients on pertinent issues, including biofuels, water infrastructure, water quality, agrochemicals and energy developments.
Additionally, Mallory assists her clients in identifying opportunities and securing federal funding and authorizations through the appropriations process and competitive grant programs.
Prior to joining the firm, Mallory interned with US Senator Michael Bennet (D-CO), where she assisted on policy research and development involving transportation, education and labor issues. Mallory graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and History from The George Washington University.
