Mallory Mangold focuses her practice primarily on investigating personal injury claims involving dangerous drugs and medical devices. Ms. Mangold has represented hundreds of clients in their claims against the manufacturers of Transvaginal Mesh, Mirena IUD, Benicar, Farxiga, Invokana, Countrywide Home Loans Class Action, Lumber Liquidators, and the BP Oil Spill Litigation.
Ms. Mangold sits on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee for the Benicar MDL litigation, the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee for the Boston Scientific Transvaginal Mesh Massachusetts State Court Consolidated Litigation, and the Discovery Committee for the Invokana MDL Litigation.
Ms. Mangold obtained her B.A. in 2008 from Louisiana State University and her J.D. in 2010 from the Mississippi College School of Law. Since 2015, she has been selected as a Top 40 Under 40 attorney by The National Trial Lawyers.
Ms. Mangold is active in the community, having donated her time to multiple organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Habitat for Humanity, and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
