Malvika A. Sinha focuses her practice on consumer protection litigation, corporate compliance, internal investigations, and class action defense. She has represented companies through the investigation and discovery phases of state consumer protection actions and has assisted companies in achieving favorable settlements in high-risk consumer class actions.
Malvika also has experience with highly sensitive internal investigations. Malvika served as a legal extern in the Civil Fraud Section for the United States Department of Justice (DOJ), where she was a member of the DOJ trial team pursuing a case against a major hospice company under the False Claims Act.
Malvika has a strong interest in international human rights law. Before law school, she interned at the International Criminal Court in The Hague and at the International Center for Transitional Justice in New York City.
