
Mara Abols is an associate in the Energy, Infrastructure, Project Finance and Asset Finance Group of the New York office of White & Case LLP. Prior to joining White & Case LLP, Mara worked as an aircraft finance attorney in the New York office of a major US law firm. She completed her articles in Toronto at a major Canadian firm and trained in Copenhagen at one of Denmark’s leading law firms.
She advises airlines, leasing companies, banks, and manufacturers on a variety of aircraft finance issues, including leveraged leases, pre-delivery payment facilities, term loans and revolving credit facilities, export credit agency financing, asset backed securitizations, finance, operating and leveraged leases, capital markets offerings and restructurings.
