Maralee Sanders is an associate in the Workers’ Compensation Practice Group, where she focuses on representing New Jersey-based employers, insurers, and third-party administrators facing a wide variety of workers’ compensation claims.
She defends and counsels clients through every stage of the claims process from inception through trial or settlement, and is experienced in resolving Medicare issues. She is also deeply versed in e-discovery, and her experience includes construction and surety litigation and employment law.
Maralee graduated from Union Institute and University before earning her J.D. At New York Law School Maralee was a Greenberg Scholar, an Elmer Rice Scholar, a Social Entrepreneurship Research Fellow, an Impact Center for Public Interest Law Affiliate, and editor of the Global Human Rights Bulletin.
She also served with the Social Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic and volunteered with the Right to Counsel Project.
Before entering private practice, Maralee served as a judicial law clerk for United States Magistrate Judge Douglas E. Arpert in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
