Marc Aragon is member of Howe Law Firm. Originally from California, I graduated in 1992 from the University of California at Berkeley. I then received a doctorate from The University of Dayton, School of Law, in 1995. In 1996 was sworn in as a member of the Georgia Bar.
I have practiced law in the State of Georgia for 22 years with my primary focus being litigation and personal injury. Of the 22 years, 12 years have been devoted primarily to advocating and trying Plaintiffs’ cases at the State and Federal Court levels.
The remainder of my years have been spent defending individuals, corporations, State, County and Municipalities from personal injury suits. As both a Plaintiff’s attorney and as Staff counsel for a major Insurer in the State of Georgia I have tried numerous cases, million dollar cases, and won.
Having worked both sides of personal injury cases, I am uniquely qualified to promote, advance, and litigate Personal injury cases because I know, from a decade of experience doing defense work, how major insurers evaluate and defend cases.
Your case is just paper and numbers until an advocate introduces them to the person injured. A case cannot be reduced to numbers, a police report, or to an insurer’s up front assessment about what you are entitled to.
Twenty Two years of dealing with personal injury cases and clients, finds that the value of the case is in the client and their story. Here at The Howe Law Firm, we are about just that, listening to the client, you – your story, and translating that into a recovery which recognizes and compensates you for your loss as you have experienced it.
I am licensed to practice in the State Courts, Appellate Court, and Supreme Court, of Georgia. I am licensed to practice in Federal Court.
If your case arises out of an automobile accident, a slip and fall, medical malpractice, or any event of injury, I have handled it many times over already – but every case is unique, and your story is what matters.
