Marc Cusano represents individuals and families in all aspects of estate planning, elder law and probate administration. He also advises business owners in matters of corporate formation, tax planning, asset protection and succession planning. He concentrates his practice in the areas sophisticated trust planning involving complex estate, gift and income tax issues, as well as business planning and charitable giving. Trust and integrity are very important factors in a family’s long-term decision making process.
Marc works to build this through patient explanation of the many of the nuances involved in the estate planning process as it relates to your current and future family situation. He has been practicing law since 2005 earning his law degree from New England School of Law in Boston, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Boston College. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New York.
He is a member of the Wealth Counsel (a national estate planning organization), National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Massachusetts Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the Christian Legal Society. Marc also frequently speaks at client seminars providing guidance on the basics of trust-based estate planning and elder law. Marc resides in Norfolk, Massachusetts with his wife, Deanna, and their three children. He has authored articles on a variety of issues relating to estate planning. His articles have been published in Trusts and Estates Magazine and Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
