Margo Pillischer

Margo Pillischer’s career is about fighting for the underdog and she is dedicated to achieving the best possible results for each client. I handle personal injury matters including motor vehicle, construction, slip and fall, and other negligence cases.

I have tried cases to verdict in the Bronx, Queens and Long Island, all with favorable results. My practice consists of court appearances, depositions, motion practice, settlements and trials.

Before joining Oresky & Associates, I was a staff attorney at Nassau County Legal Aid and practiced plaintiff’s personal injury at a firm in New York City, where I began trying cases and developed my skills in the courtroom.

I received my JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2014, where I was selected to be a clinic student at The Innocence Project, served on the executive board of the Criminal Law Society and participated in ITAP, an intensive trial advocacy program.

I received my BA magna cum laude from Tulane University in 2009, where I double-majored in Spanish and Political Science, was a Distinguished Honors Scholar and was selected by the faculty as the top graduate in the department of Spanish. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and am a former White House intern.
