Maribeth Conway’s practice focuses on estate and tax planning, probate and trust administration, business succession and asset protection planning. She represents clients in all types of estate planning matters, ranging from simple wills to complex irrevocable and dynastic trusts, and has experience in estate, gift, and fiduciary tax matters. Maribeth also represents corporate and individual fiduciaries and other parties engaged in trust and will contests or construction disputes, and accounting actions.
As a business attorney, Maribeth assists her clients with the formation of businesses and other matters related to launching a business, with the transfer of ownership or restructuring, and with corporate governance and entity maintenance. She frequently represents clients in both business and real estate purchase and sale transactions. Maribeth serves as outside general counsel for many of her business clients that do not maintain a full-time attorney on their staff.
