Marigold T. Bridgeman focuses her practice on workers’ compensation. She takes a hands-on approach to working with clients and guiding them through each step in the workers’ compensation claim handling process. Marigold has appeared before the New York Workers’ Compensation Board, and has experience preparing both board applications and rebuttals.
As a student at Thurgood Marshall School of Law (TMSL), Marigold served as a student attorney at the TMSL Criminal Law Clinic. While there, she represented clients facing misdemeanor criminal charges, assisted supervising attorneys with interviews and pre-trial preparations, worked with prosecutors to negotiate plea agreements, and prepared Petitions for Non-Disclosures and Expunctions.
Marigold also worked as a Torts Tutor where she helped first-year law students grow their academic achievements and better understand tort law.
