Marisol Mork’s practice spans a variety of intellectual property, complex litigation, and labor and employment matters in state and federal courts. Her litigation practice emphasizes false advertising, trademark and unfair competition claims. Marisol also represents employers in the defense of wrongful discharge, discrimination and retaliation claims.
Prior to her career in law, Marisol was a fifth-grade teacher on the Navajo Nation, New Mexico, as a Teach for America corps member.
Marisol is a member of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association and the Hispanic National Bar Association.
