
Attorney Marissa Hernandez is admitted to practice law in the states of Connecticut and Rhode Island. She is a native of Rhode Island, receiving a B.S. from Providence College in 2006 and her juris doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2009.
In 2011, Marissa opened up her own law practice in Milford, Connecticut, focusing on Family Law, while also handling small commercial transactions, probate and juvenile matters. In 2015 Marissa took her practice to Bai Pollock Blueweiss & Mulcahey, P.C. where she was an associate attorney, focusing on Family Law.
Attorney Marissa Hernandez is certified by the State of Connecticut as a Guardian ad litem (GAL), as an Attorney for the Minor Child (AMC), and serves as a Special Master in the judicial districts of Milford and Bridgeport. Attorney Marissa Hernandez is a certified Mediator, having completing the 40 hour training certification.
Attorney Marissa Hernandez is recognized as a Rising Star in Connecticut Magazine. Marissa is an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Family Law Section, Milford Bar Association, and the Bridgeport Bar Association. Marissa has also served on the Board of Directors for The Foundation, the charitable arm of the New Haven County Bar Association.
