Marjan Kasra

Marjan Kasra is an expert at handling the Middle Eastern-specific issues related to EB-5 and E-2 Visas. She represents a select group of immigration law clients, including EB-5 visa applicants.

She is the founder and Managing Attorney of the Law Offices of Marjan Kasra, LLC, having offices in New York, Stamford, and Dubai. She provides legal counsel to clients at U.S. Consular posts worldwide.

In 2005, she founded her law firm, the Law Offices of Marjan Kasra. She strives to preserve the rights of her clients. She offers extraordinary attention and dedication to every client.

The American Institute of Legal Counsel recognized her as “10 Best Immigration Attorney” in the State of Connecticut. She is also a member of the prestigious MENA Committee (Middle Eastern and North African Affairs) of New York City Bar.

She has obtained training from renowned law professors from Yale and Harvard law schools. During her law school days, she also undertook challenging legal internships.

After completing law school, she served as a Judge’s clerk and worked on family, complex, and civil litigation at New Haven Superior Court and Stamford Superior Court. She later as an in-house counsel at a top New York actuarial firm.

She completed B.S. in Biology & Psychology from the University of Connecticut in 1991. She went on to attend the Columbia University in New York City to obtain a Master’s degree in Molecular Biology. She earned the law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1999.
