Mark Bush is a veteran litigator and trial specialist with over three decades of hard-earned experience, which followed his education at the University of Michigan and University of Notre Dame Law School.
Mark has handled many types of complex cases, ranging from wrongful death and catastrophic injury to condemnation; business disputes to insurance coverage; and employment claims.
His experience is particularly deep in the medical malpractice arena, and in serving as coverage counsel for major insurers and risk pools. Mark has successfully fought for his clients’ rights in state and federal trial and appeals courts, including during lengthy jury trials and appellate oral arguments.
Mark teaches law to business and law students, and has served on a variety of boards both in the community and within the firm.
