Mark Wade Jr. focuses his practice on complex construction transactions and litigation involving both public and private projects. He represents owners, general contractors, and developers in the negotiation of contracts and in litigation arising from claims of delay, defects, and disruption, among other construction dispute issues.
Mark also represents construction industry participants and contractors on the federal and state rules and regulations that apply to public contracting.
While earning his J.D. from Georgetown University, cum laude, Mark interned for the Honorable Frank D. Whitney of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
