
Mark M. Ellison focuses his practice on litigation support and electronic discovery in various pharmaceutical and product liability matters. This includes supervision and quality control of document review teams of all sizes from a single reviewer to several dozen.
Mark has extensive experience reviewing documents for privilege concerns and creating final privilege logs for production. He also is well-versed in the design of database searches to identify documents requested by the various case and trial teams he works with.
In addition, Mark has worked closely with our nurse analyst team to manage the review of voluminous medical records for several high-profile pharmaceutical cases. He also has led offsite document collection efforts on multiple occasions.
