Mark L. Keenan

Mark Keenan is a partner in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP’s Atlanta office where he advises employers on complex labor and employment issues with particular emphasis on assisting employers in lawfully responding to union organizing efforts. He also has experience assisting employers with implementing national employee relations strategies.

• Represents employers before the National Labor Relations Board and assists clients with their employee relations strategies on a national basis, including clients with multiple union and union free locations across the United States
• Has negotiated on behalf of management in collective bargaining negotiations and has represented employers in dozens of labor arbitration cases
• Litigation experience in the employment arena, including defending discrimination claims, restrictive covenant litigation, wage-hour issues, and ERISA litigation
