
Mark Yelish has spent the last thirty years focusing his practice primarily on family and criminal law. He is now solely involved in family law cases. He enjoys a reputation for his direct problem-solving approach. He has represented individuals charged with crimes from traffic offenses to capital murder cases. He developed a reputation for his aggressive and adversarial approach to defending the accused. In family law he has the ability to provide excellent representation of all clients, from those of modest means to individuals with complex or high conflict dissolutions. He is experienced in the valuation of complex assets from business interests to medical practices.
Mark has lectured at Continuing Legal Education seminars, for the County Bar Association and the Washington Bar Association. He is a frequent speaker at schools and other community functions. Mark has had the privilege of being the president of the Kitsap County Bar Association and a committee member with the Washington State Bar Association.
