Mark Murphy advises a wide range of clients facing complex issues of government regulation and litigation strategies. He has considerable experience in cases with voluminous documentary records and multiple federal agencies. He also works with clients navigating commercial and environmental regulations in multiple states.
Mark participates in several pro bono projects, including class action litigation in federal court and asylum proceedings before the United States Immigration Court.
