Mark G. Parnes serves as general counsel to Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Along with Don Bradley, chief legal officer, Mark handles risk-management, ethical, and other legal aspects of law practice at the firm. He also works with the Pro Bono Committee to manage the firm’s pro bono program.
Prior to assuming the role of general counsel, Mark served the firm as assistant general counsel and as a member of the litigation department, specializing in employment and general commercial litigation. As part of his commitment to the community, Mark presently represents a wide variety of nonprofits concerning corporate and litigation issues.
