Mr. Mark J. Skinner joined Wilbraham Lawler & Buba in 2016. Prior to Joining the firm, Mr. Skinner worked for 16 years as a civil litigator defending clients from multinational Fortune 500 Companies to local business, involved in asbestos toxic tort product liability litigation in both state and federal courts, in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
Mr Skinner has defended hundreds of asbestos cases in his career, and has participated in all aspects of discovery and trial preparation, including case initiation, defense planning strategy, deposition, expert retention, written discovery, hearings, arguments and motions.
Mr. Skinner also has prior additional experience defending cases involving insurance coverage issues, workers’ compensation, silica, general liability and personal injury. Presently, Mr. Skinner practice is focused on trial preparation, expert retention and motions practice, for asbestos cases in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
