Mark Stuckey has been practicing law for over 22 years. Before receiving both his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and his Juris Doctorate from Emory University, Mark grew up the son of an Air Force pilot and nuclear engineer with strong roots in Louisiana.
He trained under noted trial lawyers Roger Dodd and Tommy Malone before opening his own firm in 2002. Mark has represented clients throughout Georgia, having had a solo practice in both Macon and Atlanta before merging with Kaufman Law.
Mark has in-depth experience in a wide variety of serious personal injury cases, from aviation and medical malpractice to trucking negligence and premises liability. He has tried cases to verdict throughout Georgia.
Mark is admitted to all state trial courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals and Georgia Supreme Court, the Northern and Middle Federal Districts, as well as the Eleventh Circuit. He has served as Editor of the Aviation Section of the Georgia Bar, and he is an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice, in addition to having previously served as President of the Middle Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
In his spare time Mark is an active parishioner of Sacred Heart Church as both a choir member and a longtime member of the Knights of Columbus, a national fraternal service organization.
Mark has also judged High School Mock Trial Competitions in both Macon and Atlanta, educated nurses on legal issues in malpractice litigation, and provided charity piloting services to patients throughout the Southeast through Angel Flight of Georgia. Mark also enjoys following his New Orleans Saints, especially when they visit the Georgia Dome, as well as spending time with his wife and four children.
