Mark’s practice includes business, real estate, and tort litigation. His trial experience includes jobsite accidents, construction defect cases, contract claims, property disputes, product liability, auto collisions, and professional liability litigation.
Mark spent the year 2003 in the record eleven-month construction defect/mold trial of El Escorial v. Santa Barbara Villas. He obtained defense verdicts for his three clients in that case.
Mark received his J.D. from the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific, a Master’s Degree in business from the International Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird), and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Southern California.
Mark has served on the the boards of the American Association of Architects Santa Barbara Chapter, Santa Barbara Contractor’s Association, Ventura Contractor’s Association, and the Montecito YMCA.
He is a past director of the Santa Barbara Bar Association and Barristers’ Club. Away from work, Mark enjoys family life in Santa Barbara with his wife and three growing children. He is a jazz aficionado and enjoys traveling.
