Mark Berry advises employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, including employment agreements, policies, and challenging workplace situations. Mark works with employers to address complex employee relationship issues, develop effective policies, and craft employment agreements.
Mark regularly conducts training for managers and employees regarding respectful workplaces, hiring, diversity, performance management and employees with disabilities.
Mark successfully represents employers in litigation and administrative matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, grievance arbitrations, trade secrets, and noncompetition agreements.
