Markus Wade Risinger joined Woodnick Law as a law clerk in 2012. Markus graduated cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
Markus’s approach to the practice of law begins with a level head no matter the intensity of the client’s crisis.
He embodies the firm’s holistic approach to helping clients, which includes not only resolving their current legal issues, but giving them the knowledge and confidence they need to move forward with their lives after the dust has settled.
Above all, he enjoys helping people understand the legal process so that they can make informed decisions, actively participate in the outcomes of their cases, and improve their lives.
During law school, Markus took special interest in sex trafficking and domestic violence issues. He is credited with work on several research projects with the Office of Sex Trafficking Intervention Research at Arizona State University and in partnership with Shared Hope International.
His research is published in the Journal of Interpersonal Violence and Accord: A Legal Journal for Practitioners (Spring 2016).
