Marnie handle a variety of cases throughout Cook, DuPage, Lake, Kane, Kendall, McHenry, and Will counties.Marnie zealously advocate for her clients and help those accused of traffic, misdemeanour, and felony crimes. Marnie assist in Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and juvenile delinquency cases.
Marnie handle traffic, driving under the influence (DUI), and Secretary of State permit and reinstatement cases. What makes her different from other attorneys? Why can’t any lawyer represent you? Any lawyer hopefully knows the law, but not all lawyers represent their clients in the same way. I am passionate about representing my clients. I believe in the golden rule and treating people the way I want to be treated. It doesn’t matter what you are charged with, you will be treated the same by me.
You will talk directly with me; a secretary will not screen your calls. Whenever I am available, I answer my phone directly, whether it is day or night (although unless it is a true emergency, please don’t call me at 2:00 a.m.) I take appointments at night and on the weekend. If getting to my office is too difficult, I will even meet you at a coffee shop close to where you work or live, to make your life easier.
And if your loved one is in jail and cannot be bonded out, I will even visit your loved one in the jail to discuss the case and plan a defensive approach.
