With an extensive knowledge base of corporate, real estate and tax matters, Marshall Fishman provides informed counsel to businesses and individuals. He assists clients with business acquisitions and dispositions, corporation and partnership planning and formation, tax planning, IRS disputes, property tax negotiations and commercial real estate ventures.
He also handles the formation of Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), employee benefits and executive compensation plans. Prior to joining Fox, Marshall was a shareholder in Lottner Rubin Fishman Saul.
He is a former law clerk to the Supreme Court of New Jersey. During law school at Suffolk, Marshall served on the school’s law review and participated in the national moot court program.
Marshall’s byline has appeared in The Colorado Lawyer. He is a frequent lecturer on topics related to his practice and has appeared before organizations such as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Practicing Law Institute.
