Marty Schneiderman’s practice centers on commercial litigation with a focus on the health care industry. He has dealt with varied matters of direct interest to medical laboratories, nursing homes, and pharmaceutical benefit managers.
He also litigates and consults in employment matters, primarily on personnel policies and equal employment opportunity litigation. His experience includes assisting companies in handling affirmative action programs, ADA, and resolving a wide range of workplace controversies.
A substantial portion of Marty’s practice is devoted to commercial and government contract matters, including general consulting and litigation before state and federal courts, arbitration panels, Boards of Contract Appeals, the Government Accounting Office, and the Claims Court.
Additionally, he has served as Vice Chair of the Socioeconomic Subcommittee of the American Bar Association’s Section on Public Contract Law.
For a number of years, Marty, as an adjunct Professor at Georgetown Law School, taught courses on litigation focusing on Equal Employment Opportunity Laws.
