Martin Sul is counsel in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he has a broad transactional and regulatory practice in environmental law, with a focus on transactional due diligence, contract negotiation, and assessment of environmental regulatory compliance. His transactional practice includes environmental risk assessment of target companies, including review of regulatory compliance matters related to air, water, energy, and mine permitting, and negotiation of environmental provisions and indemnities in purchase, finance, and lease agreements.
Martin has also advised clients with diligence and regulatory issues related to acquisitions and sale of electrical power plants, oil and gas exploration, coal, and silica mining operations, and other manufacturing industries.
