Marvin W. Ehrlich’s practice focuses on commercial real estate and secured transactions. Marvin represents clients in matters involving real estate lending, acquisitions, development, and leasing transactions with respect to retail centers, hotels, apartments, and other commercial and industrial projects.
He concentrates on commercial mortgage finance, with an emphasis in mortgage loan origination, workouts, modifications, restructurings and other loan servicing issues.
