Mary is the founder of MPV Law. An undergraduate of Fordham University, a cum laude graduate of Fordham University with a masters in teaching, graduate of Pace University School of Law, and a licensed attorney in the States of Connecticut and New York, Mary has a keen understanding of the law and how to counsel (or teach) a client the complexity of legal issues involved in Estate matters, and Guardianships.
Her deep experience with the Probate and Surrogate Courts involving many complex cases has resulted in a strong success record.
In conjunction with her extensive work history in the field of Elder Care and Probate law, Mary has taught in New York City, Bedford, and White Plains School Districts, and was an Adjunct Professor at Manhattanville College.
Alongside Mary’s busy law practice, she finds time to give back to the community. She was a Mentor for the Her Honor Mentoring Program; was the Board Secretary for the League of Women Voters (Mamaroneck, NY); and she currently sits on the Board of Ethics for The Village of Mamaroneck.
